Cognitive Approach

Many of my clients find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking — replaying conversations, doubting their abilities, or worrying about how they come across at work. These patterns often create tension, stress, and a sense of disconnection from confidence and ease.

My training is in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), one of the main branches of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). As an integrative therapist, I also draw on approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to meet each person’s needs in a flexible, collaborative way.

Together, we work to identify and question the beliefs that fuel self-doubt, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build a more grounded, confident mindset. We also notice how these mental habits show up physically — in tension, posture, or breath — allowing change to happen on both cognitive and somatic levels. Over time, this work helps you feel calmer, clearer, and more self-assured in how you think, move, and relate to others.
