“Supporting young professionals to navigate self-doubt and uncertainty with confidence and ease.”

If you’ve ever held back from speaking up — worried about saying the wrong thing, doubting your abilities, or feeling tense under pressure — you’re not alone. Many people find it hard to feel calm and confident in professional or social situations.

I help young professionals reconnect with their natural confidence and ease by combining cognitive and somatic approaches. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and body interact — helping you release tension, quiet self-criticism, and respond to challenges with more clarity and self-trust.

This work isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about understanding how you work. Over time, you’ll learn how to stay grounded, communicate more openly, and feel more at home in yourself — both at work and beyond.

If any of this resonates with you, you’re welcome to book a one-to-one session or reach out with any questions. It all starts with a conversation — a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to feel more like yourself again.

Before becoming a somatic practitioner and cognitive therapist, I worked in business — I completed a Master’s in Marketing, an MBA in London, and later joined my family company as a partner.

In my twenties and thirties, I often felt the pressure to have it all figured out — to be confident, make the right choices, and stay composed even when I didn’t feel that way inside. Working in a family-run business taught me a lot about human dynamics, especially in high-stakes situations where relationships, decisions, and identity overlap.

Those experiences showed me how deeply stress and self-doubt can affect the way we show up — and how reconnecting with both the mind and body can help us stay calm, grounded, and confident under pressure.

That curiosity and personal experience led me to train in somatic and cognitive approaches, which now shape the way I work — helping others find the same steadiness, confidence, and ease in their own lives and workplaces.

I’m a certified somatic practitioner and cognitive therapist based in Central London, combining mind and body approaches to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and at ease in themselves and their work.

I trained as an Alexander Technique teacher at the Alexander Technique Training School (ATTS) in London and have been teaching since 2017, including mentoring new teachers at ATTS. I’m a proud member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT).

Alongside my somatic training, I’m a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), trained at the College of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CCBT), specialising in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT). I’m also an accredited member of the UK National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

My work is grounded in integrity, care, and ongoing learning. I follow NCPS professional standards for safe and ethical practice, take part in regular supervision, and continue to develop my skills to best support clients in finding calm, clarity, and confidence in their everyday lives.
