Sessions are 50 minutes and take place at my practice between Maida Vale and St John's Wood. We start with a free 20-minute consultation to talk through what has been bringing you to therapy and whether my approach feels like a good fit.
The work is practical and collaborative. We look at both the thoughts and physical responses that accompany the difficulties you are experiencing, giving you tools you can use in daily life while also building a steadier, more grounded sense of yourself over time. Getting Here from Regent's Park
My practice is easy to reach from the Regent's Park area. Regent's Park Underground (Bakerloo Line) is a short hop to Maida Vale station, which is a 7-minute walk from my practice. Baker Street station (Bakerloo, Circle, Jubilee, and Metropolitan lines) is also well connected. The journey is typically under 20 minutes door to door.
