Sessions run for 50 minutes and take place at my practice between Maida Vale and St John's Wood. We start with a free 20-minute consultation to talk through what has been bringing you to therapy and whether my approach feels like a good fit.

The work is always collaborative, shaped around your specific circumstances rather than a one-size-fits-all programme. You will develop practical skills you can use between sessions, alongside longer-term work on the underlying patterns.

Getting Here from Belsize Park

From Belsize Park Underground (Northern Line), take the train southbound to Waterloo, then change to the Bakerloo Line toward Harrow & Wealdstone, alighting at Warwick Avenue or Maida Vale – the practice is a short walk from either station.
