All sessions are 50 minutes, held at my practice between Maida Vale and St John's Wood. We start with a free 20-minute consultation to talk through what has been bringing you to therapy and whether my approach feels like a good fit.

The work is practical and collaborative throughout. You will gain practical tools from early on while we also work on the deeper patterns beneath the surface.

Travel from Paddington

Paddington Station is served by the Bakerloo, Circle, District, and Hammersmith & City lines, as well as mainline rail and the Elizabeth line.

From Paddington, the most straightforward route is the Bakerloo Line to Warwick Avenue or Maida Vale – either a one or two-stop journey, putting you within easy walking distance of the practice.

Total travel time from Paddington is typically around 10–12 minutes.
