Session Information

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place at my practice between Maida Vale and St John’s Wood Underground stations. We start with an initial consultation to discuss your goals and ensure my approach is right for you.

The work is practical and collaborative, giving you tools you can use immediately whilst also exploring deeper patterns that might be maintaining stress or anxiety.
